29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. (a) On or about January 9, 2020 at 6770 77th Terrace North, Pinellas Park, FL, an employee suffered a work-related injury and was hospitalized. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization on January 9, 2020 at around 6:00 P.M. The employer notified OSHA on January 13, 2020 at 4:06 P.M. of the in-patient hospitalization.
