29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment:  Service Department: On or about February 24, 2020, the GE 120/208 panelboard that is located directly across from the Service Desk was found to have an open breaker on the left side approximately 56 inches from the floor. The right side panelboard was found to have a loose cover and it was stated that this panelboard is accessed daily to turn off garage door power exposing employees to a potential electric shock.
