29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms: a) New townhome construction located on Lots 1-7, Unit #1 south side: On or about 02/26/2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to falls of approximately 20-feet, 11-inches to the lower level, in that guardrails were not installed along all open ends of the working level of scaffold. The scaffold working platform was missing mid, top, and side rails.
