29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: On or about February 26, 2020, at the jobsite located at 4285 Rider Trail North, Suite 200, Earth City, Missouri, an employee working in the Research & Development/Equipment Storage Area was exposed to an electrical shock hazard, while using the power switch on a JET Milling/Drilling Machine (Model Number: JMD - 15; Stock Number: 350017; Serial Number: 19084335) that did not have the original or equivalent replacement power switch.
