29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):  The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:    The employer is failing to protect employees from struck-by hazards associated with operating pneumatic nail guns due to approved eye protection not being worn.  This was most recently documented on or about February 25, 2020 at a residential construction jobsite located at 1818 Kennedy Drive, Lincoln, NE 68521 where the employer has employees operating pneumatic nail guns while shingling a roof.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards when conducting roofing operations on a residential structure. This was most recently documented on or about February 25, 2020 at 1818 Kennedy Drive, Lincoln, NE 68521 when employees were observed installing shingles on a residential structure while working at greater than 6 feet above the ground without fall protection.
