29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) Hurricane High School Addition: On February 27, 2020 employees were pouring concrete flooring in direct proximity to the moving excavator and hopper used to supply the concrete and were not utilizing hard hats to protect from the overhead hazard.
