29 CFR 1910.151(b): In the absence of an infirmary, clinic, or hospital in near proximity to the workplace which is used for the treatment of all injured employees, a person or persons were not adequately trained to render First Aid. a) 330 Windsor Hwy, New Windsor, NY, on February 25, 2020, and at times prior, no persons at this store, on any shift, were trained in first aid procedures for the treatment of severe burns. The Parikh Network, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.151(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1390933, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/28/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 330 Windsor Hwy, New Windsor, NY.
