29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) On or about03/11/2020, in the truck body shop, where a 1.5 horse power,  Craftsman drill press, Model No. 137-229170, Serial No. RCY1080, was used regularly, the chuck was not equipped with a gourd to protect the workers from injuries.  b)  On or about 02/27/2020, in the truck body shop, where a 1.5 horse power,  Craftsman drill press, Model No. 137-229170, Serial No. RCY1080, was used regularly,  the drill bit was not equipped with a gourd to protect the workers from injuries.

On or about0 3/11/2020, in the truck body shop, where a 1.5 horse power,  Craftsman drill press, Model No. 137-229170, Serial No. RCY1080, designed for fixed location, the footing was not anchored to present it from tipping over.
