29 CFR 1926.454(b): The employer did not have each employee who was involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards: a. At the rear elevation of Building B, located at or near 2535 Elkhart Drive in Navarre, FL: On or about February 25, 2020, the employer exposed employees to 20-foot fall hazards, in that employees had not been trained by a competent person on how to recognize and abate fall hazards, while performing scaffold dismantling work.
