On the East side of the building, were exposed to a fall hazard while working on a scaffold platform / walkway that was not 18 inches wide.  b. On the South side of the building, were exposed to a fall hazard while working on a scaffold platform / walkway that was not 18 inches wide.

Crossbraces were used as a means of access.  On or about February 25, 2020, and at times prior thereto, on the East side of a newly built commercial building,  employees were exposed to a fall hazard when performing framing activities from a fabricated frame scaffolding without a ladder or other safe means of access.
