(c) Building 4: The warehouse was not provided with directional exits signs indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit, on or about 10/3/2019. (d) Building 5: The warehouse was not provided with directional exits signs indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit, on or about 10/3/2019.
