(b) Building 3: The warehouse was not provided with directional exits signs indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit, on or about 10/1/2019. (c) Building 4: The warehouse was not provided with directional exits signs indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit, on or about 10/1/2019. (d) Building 5: The warehouse was not provided with directional exits signs indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit, on or about 10/1/2019. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
