29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about March 2, 2020 and at times prior, at a job site located at 9356 SW Ligoro Way, Port Saint Lucie, FL, 34987, an employee was exposed to a 17 feet fall hazard to ground level, while performing masonry work on a new residential building in construction and not using any conventional fall protection system.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet :  On or about March 2, 2020 and at times prior, at 9356 SW Ligoro , Port Saint Lucie, FL, 34987, employees were exposed to a 9 feet and 4 inch fall hazard to ground level while accessing a new residential construction with a ladder that did not extend 3 feet above the landing surface and was not secured to prevent from displacement.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):  On or about March 2, 2020 and at times prior, at 9356 SW Ligoro Way, Port Saint Lucie, FL, 34987, the employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program describing hazardous chemicals, such as but not limited to Portland cement (Titan America Portland cement), for employees performing plastering work.
