29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested: a) Establishment - On or about March 2, 2020, employees were required to wear half face elastomeric respirators to protect them from acid vapor, and metal fume, and the employer had not provided a fit test annually to determine that the respirator properly protected the employee from health hazards. Profiners was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134 (f)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1110509, citation number 1, item number 6g and was affirmed as a final order on May 23, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 2299 Amber Drive, Hatfield PA 19440.
