29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. (a) Aldana's Construction, at 9294 Sedalia St. Commerce City, CO 80022: On or before 3/4/2020 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees framing a single-story home were walking the top plate of exterior and interior walls and were not utilizing a fall protective system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately ten feet.

(a) Aldana's Construction, at 9294 Sedalia St. Commerce City, CO 80022: On or before 3/4/2020, the employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees framing a single-story home were using the top of a stepladder to access the top plate of exterior walls. The condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard.
