The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated On or about 03/04/2020 at the 266 Kent Road Steel Erection Project, an employee was working from an aerial lift bolting in the wall girts and the employee was not tied off. The employee was exposed to fall heights varying from ground level to 28 feet, approximately.
