29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1): The employer did not report within 8-hours the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident: On March 3, 2020, at approximately 5:05pm, an employee walking through the parking lot of Tokyo Electron America, Inc., collapsed to the ground and was pronounced deceased onsite at approximately 6:00pm. The fatality was not reported within 8 hours to the local Area Office of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The Austin Area Office was notified on March 4, 2020 at approximately 12:29pm.
