29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. Location: Jobsite On or about March 5, 2020, workers were exposed to hazards associated with residential construction work such as stuck-by, electric shock, slips, trips and falls while working where the employer had not provided hazard recognition training.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail. Location: Jobsite. Interior stairwell from 1st floor to basement. On or about March 6, 2020, workers were exposed to fall hazards while using a stairway where at least one hand rail had not provided.
