29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(D): Flexible cords and cables were attached to building surfaces. The employer is failing to ensure that flexible extension cords were not attached to building surfaces. A 220/240 volt extension cord used to power a grain auger was attached to conduit on the flat storage building of the facility. This hazard was last observed on or about March 3, 2020.
