29 CFR 1910.23(e)(1)(vii): Mobile ladder stands and platforms did not have wheels or casters equipped with a system to impede horizontal movement when an employee is on the stand or platform:  On or about 3/5/2020 at the outside production area located 11388 GA-17, Lavonia, GA: Mobile ladder stands, used by employees to band and secure several trusses together for storage and shipment, were not equipped with locking devices on the wheels to prevent horizontal movement while the employees were standing and working on the top platform of the ladder stand exposing them to a fall hazard.

Upipoint Saw with electrical 480 volts and pneumatic 120 psi energy sources.  b. Small Floor Table with electrical 480 volts and pneumatic 120 psi energy sources.  c. Compressors two (2) each with electrical from 120 to 480 volts and pneumatic 120 psi energy sources.  d. Truss Tables six (6) each with electrical 480 volts and pneumatic 120-psi energy sources.  e. Various Saws eight (8) each with electrical from 120 to 480 volts energy source.

On or about 3/5/2020 at 11388 GA-17, Lavonia, GA: Where employees operated a Linde powered industrial truck with defects and deficiencies such as, but not limited to seatbelt not fully retracting in housing and the hydraulic lines damage from the metal material exposing employees to struck-by and caught-under hazards. The employer failed to remove the powered industrial truck from service until the repairs could be made.
