29 CFR 1910.212(a)(2): Guard(s) on machine(s) were not affixed to the machine or secured elsewhere when attachment to the machine was not possible: a) Facility, 125 Theobold Avenue, Greensburg, PA: On or about March 3, 2020, two employees were exposed point of operation guarding due to two CNC Milling machines not being equipped with a device to prevent the operator from opening the doors while the machine is running, and putting their hands, etc into the point of operation.
