29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: (a) On or about 03/05/2020 - Clean room, employees required to wear 3M full facepiece respirators when entering paint booths to clean painting robots had facial hair between the sealing surface of the respirator and face.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) On or about 03/05/2020 - Clean room, employees working with corrosive materials such as, but not limited to, Nikutex 2491 were not provided with an adequate means for flushing the eyes in the immediate work area.
