On or about March 5, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations on a roof nineteen (19) feet three (3) inches and nine (9) feet above ground were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. Quality Construction Pros Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1322063, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 6, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1651-59 W. Cortez St., Chicago, IL 60622.
