29 CFR 1926.251(a)(1): Defective rigging equipment was not removed from service Location: Raynham Preserve Housing Development On or about March 5th, 2020 employees were exposed to hazards associated with a load drop while working with a crane to hoist heavy bundles or lumber and trusses where the polyester lifting sling was significantly damaged and not removed from service.
