Employees involved in framing the new home were exposed to falls of 12 1/2 feet to the ground below from the second floor's eave as fall protection was not being used. In addition, workers were exposed to falls through a floor hole of 10'5" to the basement below as no guardrails were across an opening and to falls of 8'9" out a window opening as it was not guarded properly. Violation observed on or about 03/06/2020.
