29 CFR 1926.1427(b)(2): The employer did not ensure that the operator was accredited by a nationally recognized accrediting agency based on that agency's determination that industry-recognized criteria for written testing materials, practical examinations, test administration, grading facilities/equipment, and personnel have been met: On or about 3/6/2020, at the Fronte Crane Service Inc. jobsite located in the yard area of Fox Trail Elementary, 1250 S Nob Hill Rd, Davie FL 33324, an employee was operating a crane (i.e. Terex, Serial #S010S8R60100687) for setting up a metal canopy without certification, exposing employees in immediate area to a potential struck by hazard.
