Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: (a) Menards New Construction, Roof: On or about March 4, 2020, employees were performing roofing activities on a flat roof that measured approximately 32 feet edge to ground without the use of a fall protection system.
