29 CFR 1910.263(g)(1): Mechanical feed moulder(s) were not provided with hoppers so designed and connected to the proofer as to prevent employee contact with inrunning rolls: a) production area: Employees were allow to use cookie drop machines while the hopper was not guarded to prevent employee for coming in contact with the rollers, on or about 3/5/20 On 3/4/20, an accident occurred while an employee was allow to use a Polin Multidrop Twiny cookie drop machine without a safety device.
