29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about March 09, 2020, employees observed performing roofing activities had their fall protection harnesses on but were not anchored down. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than six feet to the ground. Gil's Ventures, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1246344, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on March 27, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 314 N. Resler Dr., El Paso, TX 79912.
