29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor had other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attention from the monitoring function:  200 N. Main St., East Longmeadow, MA: On or about March 5, 2020, the designated safety monitor for this roofing job was doing other work which had him with his back to the person he was supposed to be monitoring, so his attention was not on the monitoring function.  Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
