OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing and struck-by hazards associated with improper automobile lift operations:    (a) On or about March 9, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to crushing and struck-by hazards while working around automotive lifts as follows:     1- Lifts were not inspected annually by a qualified person in order to ensure safe operation.   2- Versymetric Challenger Lift, Model CL10, SN 051100000021521, did not have its load lowered to rest on the locks.   3- Swing arms were not locked in place, and were capable of moving when in the raised position. This issues was on both the Challenger Lift, Model E10, SN 150800000129951, and the Challenger Lift, Model E10, SN 150500000123209. The locking pegs were stuck in the up position.
