29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. The employer is failing to ensure that employees were utilizing fall protection. This was most recently documented on March 10, 2020 at 12616 South 77th Street, Papillion, Nebraska. The employer failed to ensure that the employees were using fall protection when exposed to a fall of approximately 11feet 3 inches to the eave when working on new residential construction and setting the roof trusses.
