29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: On or about March 5th, 2020, and at times prior thereto, the employer had not established a written Respiratory Protection Program for workers required to wear filtering facepiece respirators, exposing workers to the hazards of aggravation of a cardiac or pulmonary disorder, dermatitis, ingestion of a hazardous chemical, or transmittal of disease.
