29 CFR 1910.95(c)(1): The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program as described in 29 CFR 1910.9(c) through (o) whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 decibels measured on the A scale, or equivalently a dose of fifty percent: In the Waterjet cutting table area at 46 Mill Road, Orange, MA: On and before May 28, 2020, employees operating the Waterjet cutting tables and adjacent Press Brake, were not included in a continuing, effective Hearing Conservation Program. Two employees were exposed to 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) sound levels of 87.2 and 87.5 dBA while working in the cutting table and press brake area.s
