29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. The employer is failing to ensure that employees were utilizing fall protection. This was most recently documented on March 11, 2020 at 4020 Hohensee Drive, Lincoln, Nebraska. The employer failed to ensure that the employees were using fall protection when exposed to a fall of approximately three stories high when working on new residential construction.
