29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about 03/11/2020 and at times prior, Location: Front of a new two-story single home under construction at Lot #22, 8815 Skyward St. Boca Raton FL 33496, 1) Two employees were exposed to a fall hazard of up to approximately 15 feet in height, while working inside the basket of an aerial lift without any means of fall protection.
