29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems;  At the roof of a new residence in construction, located in Lot #257 8513 Apple Falls Lane, Boca Raton, FL 33496: On or about 03/11/2020 and at times prior, employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet to ground level when working on a roof with a 4/12 pitch and not using any means of conventional fall protection system.    Action Roofing Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1365779, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/23/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2362 S. Ocean Boulevard in Highland Beach, Florida.  Action Roofing Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1287448, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/30/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 6020 Currie Place, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 33418.
