Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about 03/12/2020 and at times prior, Location: On the roof of a two-story residential building #12 at 13541 NW 5th Ct Pembroke Pines, FL, 1) Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet to ground level while performing roofing work and not using any means of fall protection. Garabar, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1094183, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/07/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2300 Yamato Road, Boca Raton FL 33431.
