29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. On or about March 10, 2020 and at times prior, at the above addressed jobsite located at 430 University Blvd, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet to ground level, when working from a boom lift or basket without using the required fall protection.
