29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about March 12, 2020, On the roof of a residential structure under construction located at 4917 - 4937 Pointe Midtown Way in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard when instructing a subcontractor the locations of needed corrective work on the roof of a residential structure prior to being provided with a training program that would enable him to recognize the hazards associated with falls.
