Employees were exposed crushing hazards is that employees must exit their forklift with the forks elevated over a pin pallet to manually adjust stacks of sheet metal blanks.

Employees were exposed crushing hazards is that employees exit their forklift with the forks elevated to manually adjust the stacks of sheet metal loaded on the forks.
