29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1)(i): When no mechanical equipment was being used the warning line was not erected at least 6 feet (1.8m) from the roof edge: On or about March 12, 2020, employees were exposed to falls in excess of 10 feet, due to the warning lines not being erected at a minimum 6 feet from the roof edge, on a commercial construction site in Springfield, Illinois. These instances included but were not limited to the south side, in which the warning line was 3 feet from roofs edge.
