Employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 8 feet to the stage below.

29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2)(i): Midrails were not installed at a height midway between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking-working surface: a) Band Deck - On or about March 12, 2020, the employer did not ensure that employees using the middle deck platform with a missing mid-rail, to access electrical cables for recoiling, were protected from falling. Employees were exposed to a fall of approximately six feet to the stage below.
