A) Woodheaven Crossings Apartments/ Site Preparation- 400 Texas Road, Old Bridge, NJ 08857    Employees were working in the vicinity of an open unfinished precast concrete basin with more than 6 feet below the ground level exposed to trip and fall hazards. As a result, an employee stepped backward and fell approximately 7 feet into a precast catch basin that was under construction.  Condition noted on or about 3/11/2020
