29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part: a) Job site, 1309 Riegel Street, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about March 5, 2020, the employer did not ensure that a safety and health program was in place at the job site. Deficiencies noted during the inspection included, but were not limited to, lack of fall protection, lack of railings on stairways and using unsafe ramps to dump materials.
