29 CFR 1926.100(a): At this job site, employees exposed to possible head injury from falling or flying objects or from impact with equipment, hand tools and overhead siding installation operations, were not wearing hard hats. a) 3694 Kingsboro Rd., Atlanta - On or about 3/17/2020, the employer exposed employees to the head injuries in that the employer failed to provide hard hats to employees working on the roof of approximately 32-feet from the lower level to replace the gutters when exposing employees to the head injuries from falling or flying objects and tools and overhead installation of gutters.
