29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level: On 2/28/2020, employees of Saint Louis Metalworks Co. were installing soffit fascia on a commercial building located at 2025 Hanley Road, Dardenne Prairie, MO. Employees were on ladder jack scaffold approximately 13 feet above the ground. The employees were not protected from falling to the lower level.
