29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: a) At 903 West Beach Boulevard, Sea Glass Condominiums, Gulf Shores, Alabama: On or about March 17, 2020 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to work from an extension ladder which was leaned against a support beam and not set up as required by the manufacturer exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 10 feet 4 inches to the floor below.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 903 West Beach Boulevard, Sea Glass Condominiums, Gulf Shores, Alabama: On or about March 17, 2020 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 27 feet 6 inches to the ground below. THE CRIMSON BUILDERS, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501 (B)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1438354, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON DECEMBER 23, 2019, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 21298 CREEK DRIVE, MAIN BLDG. SEAGRASS VILLAGE OF GULF SHORES, GULF SHORES, ALABAMA.
