29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions. a) 2535 Potomac Ave., Atlanta - On or about 3/18/2020, employees were exposed to the head injuries, eye injuries and skin irritations in that the employer failed to provide personal protective equipment to employees working on the roof of approximately 13-feet to the lower level while working with hazardous material such as but not limited to, Lexon XP painting products for the windows.
