29 CFR 1910.140(c)(13)(i): Anchorages were not capable of supporting at least 5000 pounds (22.2 kN) for each employee attached. On or about 3/18/2020 at 4266 Links Blvd. Traditions subdivision, Braselton, GA workers performing leaf blowing operations were exposed to fall hazards above 25-feet to the lower level where the employer failed to ensure the use of proper anchorage. The foreman was observed connected to the rope which was tied around the helpers waist as he sat upon the peak of the 10/12 pitched roof.

29 CFR 1910.140(c)(22): Personal fall protection systems was not worn with the attachment point of the body harness located in the center of the employee's back near shoulder level: On or about 3/18/2020 at 4266 Links Blvd. Traditions subdivision, Braselton, GA workers performing leaf blowing operations were exposed to fall hazards above 25-feet to the lower level where the employer failed to ensure the use of proper harnesses. The foreman was observed wearing a rock-climbing harness connected to the rope which was tied around the helpers waist at his rock-climbing harness as he sat upon the peak of the 10/12 pitched roof.
